Agent,
They always admit to Quotrek being slow.
That's why they stopped the options feed on the little machine to stop choking the bandwidth.
I have noticed occasional LII problems, mostly in the early morning when the markets are the fastest and I need it the most.
My main gripe is the CBOE only (not composite) options and the fact that they don't update on the lower volume contracts. They also don't show price change from the previous day if the contract doesn't trade. This really is unacceptable to me when (for example) I'm pulling up the chain for some semi-thinly traded issue and I can only see price change (+ or -) on the very few contracts that have traded.

I checked out A-T Financial's product over the weekend and it truly blows DBC out of the water on options and Level II.
AT's options feed provides Greek studies, configurability, Calls on one side and Puts on the other. Very clear layout.
After looking at it and some other products with Level II enhancements like Market Maker watch windows and functions such as clicking on a MM on the bid and seeing where he is on the offer... I am seriously considering a migration.

Where DBC rules is news. No other data provider gives the selection and breadth. That is the only area they are superior, I believe.
That and their multiple third party partnerships.
