As I said before, I expected to sit on 40 cents till we opened later this month. It appears we are going to move up slowly before this time. Obviously some(many) see the opportunity here, and they would like to get in when the initiation of operations become closer. Next Monday is technically latter August, so anything goes from that day forward.

As far as being delayed. Anything is possible-we went through this in early July. Acts of God and natural disasters can't be predicted by anyone, but noone I have spoken to at the company or CFG has indicated anything but that operations will begin on time. That doesn't mean that wu is wrong, it just means all my sources do not support his/her claim. A pattern of negativism may be building with him/her; this could be good for an overly positive thread IF it is constructive. We'll see. In addition, the fact that the stock has had its best move in months tells me that there are no obvious problems at this time.

I have passed the following on to Skinner:

I'd recommend that someone from WINR call Albe Angel at ICN in DelRay
Beach. He's our vice chairman for IGC and will be glad to talk to folks at
WINR about this plan. (I'm at home and don't have his phone number handy.)

WINR really should join IGC if they want to get plugged in to the industry.
They can do so at igcouncil.org.

IGC
