C. McD, I think we will price over $12 (prohably $14) and trade several points above tht. One slight problem right now--S&P futures are down 12.50. Yikes. The good news is that good deals like DRIV tend to trade on their own pretty well. But, a warmer market would be better. (Lycos news will help the Internets today!)
