How do you figure that ? The loans may be in $US , but the $$$ used to service such debt is in loonies...........( granted, a large part of it is in $US owing to exports....) still....... I don't necessarily see an advantage to them having most of their debt in $US.
Somebody explain this to me like I was a four year old... please...
