Ernie,

I can see a few reasons why this stock took a nose dive (actually one - Asia):

1. Reported earnings below expectations. Q2 EPS: $0.39 vs. $0.37 last year; Estimate: $0.42.

2. Downgrade

3. Analysts are concerned with the air freight sector in general, due to problems in Asia:

Standard & Poor's analyst Stephen Klein said belief is growing that potential problems facing the sector are likely to become real.

''People think everything that could go wrong will -- oil prices will go up, the econony will go into a recession, rates are going to fall, the Asian contagion will spread,'' Klein said.
