Since the rev-split is already a done deal, it would be nice if the outstanding shares could be reduced. If not, some kind of pref./warrant/dividend/forward split deal would give shareholders a little more confidence and the feeling that they still had some voting power and control.

Warrants given as dividends could be set up for direct payment to the co. when exercised and generate cash for the co. in the process.
