Hi Steve. Sorry for delay in my reply. Did not reply on P as Betty did it for me and I have nothing to add. The amount was $8 million dollar. They get $105,000 a month from Sanyo with more coming in when Sanyo expands thier distrubution overseas. Betty has the exact areas I believe. Then you have the sells from Mobile Plante (sp) and the other outlets. Like I have posted here before, Bob indicated that they are a little behind schedule in getting cash flow positive by year end, but he still expected to be positive by year end. I know we have a lot of disbelievers and (IMHO) stock manipulaters hopeing for the company to fail. As some of the posts have indicated, Bob could of done that anytime during the year with a Chapter 11 and stated fresh per se. However, he did not take the easy way out. He was looking out for the current and future shareholders. Here is a little bit from his letter to shareholders that was posted on the companys' web site: "I want to begin by addressing the growing concerns regarding our stock price and rumors. First and foremost, this company is in better shape than it has been. Let me be as clear as I possibly can. What is happening to our stock has nothing to do with our company. I believe it has everything to do with unscrupulous brokers and "concerned" Internet junkies hiding behind their code names. To be specific, coming in we had severe strategic, financial and organizational problems that impacted the "external" Norris - its stock- by providing the perfect environment for "stock flipping." Now you know why I ask questions when posters do not provide E-mail address's or other information. If I am not mistaken, MM's can sell short at any time regardless of an up tick or down tick rule or the price of the stock. I wonder what kind of rumors they will make up when the company closes on Dec 21 to Jan 5 for the holidays. You shuld see all the high tech companys that close during the holidays here San Diego. I believe a holding company will be formed and recapitized (sp). Short term neg but long term positive IMHO. bob did indicate that the new company would be profitable for the start and he would be very surprised if it was not. The business plan that the company put together is on track and Bob feels comfort with were the company is at. I have confident in Bob's leadership of the company. He knows were he wants to the company to be, with or without Voice-It. Jim
