Angel D,

Thank you for the honest response. So far you are the only RMILian to suggest that maybe Morgan and Breton have been bad for shareholders. I wasn' trying to beat anyone up (except maybe Morgan and Breton) but it is fairly obvious to any disinterested party looking in here that the RMILians have tunnel vision when it comes to management. If they hadn't lied the stock would not have been halted (no matter what Mork and other may have done). If the stock hadn't halted the squeeze (if it is possible) would have or would be occuring as we speak. Now with that said, how comfortable do the shareholders feel in giving even more money to these guys. What oversight is going to allowed on how the cash is disbursed?

Instead of woirryingabout the cash why not remove management and putting someone reliable in charge? The only way I can see to do this is to force the calling of a special meeting of stockholders. I assume since so many shares are in friendly hands this should be easy to do. What do the company's By-Laws call for?

Joe
