the PR's dated April 23 and May21, have the ticker ICVI on them, and Gort and Guttmans names at the bottom, along with the name of International Casino Cruises at the contacting company. It looks like these were put out by ICVI and not MTEI. In my view that's not the point. The PRs in question addressed the affairs of MTEI; it's not reasonable to suppose that G&G were just making it all up. And after all, there's ample documentation on this thread of Uselton's willingness to say the same stuff to investors who called. The information contained in the releases came from him. But as we know, MTEI is now contesting that. So WHY ON EARTH did they include these two PRs in their NEW investor packet? I'd say that by doing so, they're admitting their relevance to MTEI and its business, and so to a considerable degree legitimizing them.
