New SEC filing, a Pre 14c came out yesterday indicating
that a proxy is to be sent to shareholders asking for
a vote to authorize increase in # of shares to 100,000,000
(Damn that's a lot of zeros). Also, the proxy is keen
to point out that they've already got enough votes to OK
the measure and forgo any kind of shareholder meeting.
