Troy, re. SYQT's S-3 filing,

Probably you should use the last list in your post to determine the % of the private private placement going to each fund.

The actual no. of shares to be sold will vary of course with the stock price, but most likely in proportion to the no. of shares in that final list.

Interesting that they must seek shareholder approval for a >20% dilution. This is the world's most wonderful indicator for a short seller. Trouble is the stock is trading for a pittance now.

If only they can do a 1:20 reverse split, let's say, it would become shortable again.
