Gabe, your comment below could be viewed as defamatory

>>Many of the senior people at Antares are from South Africa or England where educational standards were definitely higher than they are here today. That may account for the "stylistic" differences.<<

Would you happen to have evidence that educational standards in South Africa or England are _definitely_ higher than in Canada/USA? If you don't have the evidence, there is a possibility that the various Coalitions of Colleges & Universities in Canada and USA may view your remark as defamatory.

The Coalitions may claim that you have caused millions of viewers around the world to accept your post with authority. Those thousands of overseas students interested in attending universities abroad, are now likely to bypass North American universities. This damage is long lasting, since human beings pass their prejudices from one generation to the next. The damage to the cash-staved North American universities could run into millions of dollars. They'll have their accountants and lawyers come up with estimates on the extent of the damage. They may even spin a conspiracy theory that you and other unnamed (for now) John Does are paid by certain foreign governments to spread bad news about North American universities and colleges. They may gain an ex-parte motion from a judge to seize your computer equipment and other equipment you're now using to post on the internet. They may deem the confiscation of your personal assets as necessary to secure the evidence for them to pursue the case against you.

Further exacerbating the problem is that you've clearly indicated in John's case that a defamatory suit is not only morally righteous, but the singular action to address such a problem. In essence, you've given moral permission for the particular type of action, and the Coalitions now have more weight and moral support to sue you for defamation and recovery of millions of dollars. Even if you do subsequently apologize, you'd be probably asked to pay for the lawyers fees, the Coalitions' administrative time, and related disbursements.

There is a potential of you being in John's shoes. How do you feel?
