Alex Brown doesn't seem to be too honest. Weren't they responsible for the COOL debacle? They were calling investors for that one telling them how high the demand was, even going so far as to raise the offering price. I guess the lesson is if your broker calls you, beware. Do the opposite of what he says.

I bailed yesterday at 5 9/16 when someone reported their Alex Brown broker told them that DRIV was 6x oversubscribed. Based on Alex Brown's track record with COOL and the fact that TSQD was not trading in the 6 - 7 range, I knew something was amiss.

BTW, it might be worthwhile picking up a few shares of DRIV in the 6 - 7 range. When Internet stocks turn around, this one should follow SWNT. It actually looks like a good investment. I don't think anyone should buy TSQD, though, when you can now have the real thing at fire price levels.
