Too bad the news came on a bad day... 09:46 ET RealNetworks/Inktomi Ink Deal: Streaming media company RealNetworks (RNWK 32 -2 3/4) and developer of Internet caching software Inktomi Corp (INKT 60 -5 1/8) announce joint development, marketing and distribution agreement that will result in the industry's first streaming media cache solution. The solution will enable network providers to deliver popular RealAudio and RealVideo files to consumers at higher speed and quality while simultaneously reducing network congestion.
