I agree; analyze and critique ideas, not the person.

It would be a shame if this board deteriorates to the mindless name-calling we see elsewhere. If one wants to attack the credibility of another person, do it with facts, and tact, and maybe some subtle humor. We need to hear all ideas.

We really don't know each others investment strategies and methods, and Valence doesn't fit the strategies of most investors. For me, I bought Valence based on my risk/reward analysis, and because I wanted a stock that didn't have much 'market risk' in it. Instead I am willing to take 'sector risk' and 'company specific' risk. Well the last week and this week are showing that Valence doesn't have much market risk. The stock will move based on the company's performance in manufacturing and marketing their new product. This is what I sought in putting an allocation of my portfolio in Valence. The stock is standing fast, while other 'value stocks' or 'GARP stocks' in my portfolio are getting hammered.
