Thanks for the replies to my message. I had not read the entire thread. But I have now and did see your mention of interviewing for Gateway Technology. I am in Dallas and was a sales rep during my 9 years covering various territories in the southwest. I still know many people there in sales and marketing.

From the investor standpoint, CPQ does not due everything right, but they do more things right than anyone else in the industry. The industry is growing at a respectable rate and, as big as Compaq is, they still have less less than 20% market share. There is lots of room for growth. I am in for the long term.
