The time is not right yet to bite on this sector IMO. I have been looking at MDCO this a.m. for an entry point. INCA is all over the ask, been unloading all morning. There was decent buying but INCA has been unloading despite the retail buying and even pushing the ask down further from about 11 1/2 to 11 1/16. My take is the institutions are still not ready to buy, in fact they are still selling. I follow this sector closely, but trend is still down. Slider save your money, the values are good but you can buy more shares with your money if you hold off for awhile. Mark
