Well, it may be a statement of futures. We obtained permission
from the court to do business as IPIQ to get away from the
encredibly negative reputation of IMS, and my name might be
there as one of the individuals working on the 'IPIQ design
activity' in case a deal is closed. That seems fair. But, no,
none of us are in IPIQ as employees in the classical sense.

We have all submitted abbreviated resumes to be used as part
of marketing to establish our bona fides, and their use to
form business liasons is ok by me. It's a job.
