Magic Entertainment, Inc. Announces Jonathan Taylor-Thomas has Joined the
Cast of Speedway Junky

NEW YORK (Aug. 11) BUSINESS WIRE -Aug. 11, 1998--Magic Entertainment, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of 1st Miracle Group, Inc. (OTC BB: MVEE), today announced that Jonathan Taylor-Thomas, star of the hit television series "Home Improvement" has been added to the cast of Speedway Junky.

Commenting on the announcement, Menahem Golan, co-chairman of Magic Entertainment, stated, "We are extremely excited that Jonathan Taylor-Thomas has chosen to join the cast of Speedway Junky. Jonathan is one of the most sought after young actors in Hollywood today and has
been seeking to play a part in a film which would showcase his talents as a dramatic actor. The role of Steven will enable him to do just that as the character has a street-smart edge to him."

The film, a Golan Globus Production, is being executive produced by Gus Van Sant, who directed Good Will Hunting, Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus co-executive producers. The Nickolas Perry film will be produced by, Rodney Omanoff, Randell Emmett, George Furla and Jeff Rice.

Magic Entertainment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of 1st Miracle Group, Inc., was co-founded by Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus to produce and distribute feature length motion pictures.
