bac - claude is right on all accounts...stating that you know that BD was not hired to do third party confirmation is as much speculation as saying they were. truth is, no one really knows for sure except TT and BD. it would be nice for TT to give Guy the OK to disseminate a little of this info, but it probably won't happen. they have been in too much hot water already to risk anything. the new council (mr littman), i'm sure will not let another rogue press release send his clients to jail or the poor farm. as for the 1000 samples. if this is indeed the case, i agree that "verification" is likely not possible...but, well placed, these samples can tell if Guido's report has merit - while not committing to any particular inferred amount - this appears at a minimum, to the goal of GE. toma
