In the 10-Q that just got filed, there was the following worrying passage:

The Company contracts with other third parties including Microsoft Corporation and Citrix Systems, Inc. ("Citrix") to license technology used in certain of its software products. These third parties have the right, upon certain specified notification, to terminate such licensing agreements. Citrix has recently notified the Company of its intent to terminate this relationship as of September 30, 1998. This could result in significantly reduced sales of WINCENTER products, and, accordingly, software revenues in future periods.

This was enough to cause me to exit the stock and buy a few puts, given that the Wincenter products seem to be their only ones with a decent margin. Anyone understand what's going on here between Citrix and NCDI?

Peter
