Why the low offer? Merger, my argument is that DRIV is not going to be in much demand INTIALLY. Otherwise, why offer the stock lower than the initial price? Obviously, DRIV is held in much lower esteem than GCTY, which opened at 30 and got as high as 35. So if you can get DRIV cheaper than estimated, why bother with TSQD? DocSTone
