Peter, Haunting the thread today. Mr. Lau has been open and honest in all of the conversations and all PRs issued by the company. While they do care about the thoughts of investors, they have not concerned them with market price - "we will do the best we can and the market will have to determine what it's worth". As the Insiders are holding 50.1% of the stock with no intentions of relinquishing control, the market price matters little. However, continued profits, growth, and dividends do mean something. Until I am missled in some way, I will take Mr. Lau's statements as truthful. After a 10 year relationship with Mita, I'm sure Mr. Lau can determine the accuracy of what they are telling him.
