The delay is not set in stone but it comes from my sellside sources.
So take it with a grain of salt. Regarding MPRS, I don't have any
specifics on the takeover.

I think EIDOS has performed reasonably well considering the macro
environment in the U.K.: higher wages/inflation and the Bank of
England in a tightening mode. If the BoE continues with its tight
monetary policy, the UK will be one the first European markets to
crack. I think this is a risk that we have not looked at closely:
that the prospect of an economic slowdown is far bigger in the UK
now than it is in the US where clearly the Federal Reserve is on
hold. This is one issue that makes this year very different than a
year ago when it was still unclear if the BoE would embark on a
tightening policy.
