ITKG looks interesting, but what is with the share price? How many shares are outstanding now? And is there some kind of dilutive financing deal in the offing, such as a convertible bond with a "floorless" conversion price (those are almost always killers). Don't get me wrong, I have a small stake in ITKG, and management appears to have been making the right moves. But the price/share is saying otherwise. What is the current market cap, and what sort of financing deal may eventuate, if any?
