Nemer,

Right now the DOW is down 200 points and the TICK is at a negative 500. The TICK got as low as negative 1500.

Just hypothetically, if the TICK was to get back under 1000 or close to negative 1500, this downdraft could intensify. Hard to belive when we are already down 200 points.

I will wait for another negative 1200 on the TICK; thereafter there should some sort of a bounce for a 10-15 minute trade.
