First things first, did IDID file chapter 11 - NO. Do they have numerous lawsuits - YES Second, I don't think SEXI wants to file the financials until they know what the true outstanding shares are. I mentioned after Christmas, I'm just guessing. Third, do we know what the bank account looks like? They let the webmaster go, not good, but why pay for a full? time webmaster, they're a dime a dozen, and SEXI doesn't have much to put on the site. How much is their monthly budget? Probably not much? Will they issue more shares to pay for expenses...good point I don't know, see the first sentance. Finally, yes it looks like some people are turning this into a Comparator thread and that is sad. If everyone just relaxes and lets the stock run it's course we will find out without wigging out. If you want to sell, sell if you need the $400-1500 most people are getting on $10,000-$30,000 investment. These things take alot of time, If SEXI filed for Chapter 11 within the next 60 days I would be surprised, but than again I was hoping for $40+ million :) Aloha
