Where are the accountants on this thread? Seems to me Somebody received 50MM shares for $200MM worth of property; ergo MTEI cost (book) is $200MM. As for Real value, we shall see. That is what the Dunn reports are for. If the real value is short I would assume an adjustment in the property tendered or in the number of shares transferred.
