Patrick, The drop in sales is due to the maturity of the chip and the ability for LSI to make them at much lower prices. CEO indicated that margins are still high on chips even though the prices have dropped. Real good for SONY since they can pass savings on to consumer and good for LSI since they still make money and keep SONY happy. Sounds like a win-win to me...it is also a great reason for SONY to keep LSI for Playstation II. DavidG
