GTAX - These type of press releases that relate solely to the stock price and nothing else seem to smell bad, especially if what you say is true about them trying to dump stock: biz.yahoo.com biz.yahoo.com How do you know about the insider reg statement bouncing? I looked at Edgar but didn't find much except the half million warrants they registered (exercisable at $4.67), or are these the same?
