Why I ask is that the SEC has been hitting quite a few companies with charges of fraudulent statements. So far CYGS has remained clean, at least in that respect. It appears from what you say that this guy was a crook. Well take a look at most CEO's, Dr. Catacacinous of Marketspan being one. He gave himself a 42 million dollar bonus which has New York State up in arms. This in itself doesn't make Marketspan a lousy investment. It just means that there are a few yoyo's at the top.
