Charles Neild Kurt Waber of 12840 16th Ave Whiterock BC are shareholders of Rocha Holdings. They can be reached at 888 541 1760 They were granted significant options in Intercell as Terry is Charles brother and as Rocha was the driving force in Modern Industries which enabled the merger via his bro. I understand that all their options were exercised and they dumped all their shares on to shareholers at an average price of $3 per share from 03 /96. In my view they are scumbags. I understand that with these funds Charles purchased a new $400,000 home and Kurt spent $250,000 renovating his home. I think we should give them a call and thank them for giving their shares to the people. For their sake. let's hope they reported this to Revenue Canada or BC Assessment Authourity as I will make it known. The entire contents of this message is without prejudice.
