I think you misunderstood what I was saying... The price they paid for the land was the price that the stock was trading at when they transfered the stock for the land... It is in no way a floating deal where the value of the land is based on the daily fluctuations of the stock price... If the stock was trading at $.75 when they purchased the land, then that is the price they paid (50mm shares x $.75). For the deal, you have to use the price the shares were trading at when the deal was done... ~Scott
