Larry, staying OT (sorry) I have home builders covered with a sector fund. Been in it about 5 years. Total gain about 15%/yr, last I looked. Under performed the S&P by quite a bit. I've been waiting for that one to perform in a lower interest rate environment for to long. Patience running thin on it but don't really have the time to research every sector of a well balanced portfolio so I have to rely on funds somewhere. Rough looking market today. Yogi
