Larry,

Glad to hear about your positive experience. I had a similar positive experience when they replaced my monitor - no charge - even though the warranty had expired. Their support service has also been excellent (and free) when I had software problems.

After watching the stock for sometime I purchased in the 13's, I should have bought in the 9's, but I am not unhappy! They have to do a better job of executing their business plan, a la Gateway, need to move up several notches on the volume side if they are going grow and prosper.
