Juli,

The problem with looking for flaws is that they are talking about
currencies, commodities and large cap stocks. With OTC-BB stocks,
you can find flaws until the world ends and that is all that ever
winds up getting discussed. Jimmy and George also do their
discussions in private and not over a public medium such as the
internet. They darn sure don't run around beating up their selections
in public. In fact, Jimmy is world famous for being short an issue
and hammering on in incessantly over CNBC, NBR and any other medium
that will listen to him talk.

Investors in OTC stocks must realize that their access to information
is greater than with DJIA stocks but with that comes the fact that
the information isn't always fully disclosed because IT CAN'T BE.
There are thousands of rules and regulations about what can and can't
be said. For example......if DCI had fully disclosed where the
conv pref's were financed, the amounts and dates of the conversions
and the intent of the financiers, they would have been open to suit.
If you had known all those facts beforehand, what would you have
done with that information? Traded out before the conversion had a
chance to hit the market? No kidding......the problem is that you
would have been in violation of insider trading laws and would have
put the company at jeopardy.

This isn't Eden and the world of BB stocks is a snakepit. You want
to attract new money by discussing all the flaws with DCTC? The only
stocks on the OTC-BB that attract new internet investors are stocks
with the latest and greatest story. DCTC isn't a new stock to the
internet so that just isn't going to happen at present. We have a
much better chance of getting new money into this issue by closing
the deals on the table and getting some large financing. If that
happens and the overhead is gone, this stock will move. Until then,
nada. The nice thing is that we don't know when all this will happen
so many of us stay invested.
