ATELifer,

Does Credence have an offering in the same ballpark as Catalyst or Fusion, or are they working on something that you know of? In the past I think they have been satisfied with the lower end of the semiconductor ATE business.

Given Credence's history of acquisitions, do you think that they would have any interest in buying LTX? Seems like a bargain at these levels -- someone could probably pull off a hostile buyout for less than $200 million.
