Gary, on the possible LU acquisition of ASND. Do you think LU needs to have a strong presence in the Silicon Valley in order to effectively compete with CSCO and NT/BAY? Given the rapid data/voice convergence, as NT did with BAY, I would think LU very much has to have access to Silicon Valley engineers and expertise via ASND in order to move forward to become the dominate telecom equipment supplier.
