Crusader, Awhile back I did look at all Fenway press releases dating back to early '95. The statement issued yesterday doesn't really backtrack. My take on this is that developments are not happening as quickly as previously stated. Not far behind but not quite on track. As most statements issued by companies listed on the VSE, they tend to be somewhat optimistic. I agree with you on the financing. The biggest disappointment is not that they are paying someone to help them acquire financing; it's that financing is not in the bag as they so optimistically stated in the past. I'm not aware of another hearing or the nature of the hearing. Later,
