It will, it just might not be as fast as some might like. I am long, so I don't need to be worried about the trivial ups and downs that we have and will see. Though nothing has been publicized, I believe the fundamentals are there. There is a reason why this stock is trading at .02, and it has little to do with the fundamentals or the potential. It has to do with the fact that they have ignored the share price and the shareholders for a long period of time. No news for over a year is pretty brutal, especially when they haven't been keeping current with their SEC filings. Management's response is that they have been struggling since Gould's financing turned from a dream into a nightmare last year, and that there had been little progress. Also, they claim that they do not want to hype and will only issue press releases when there is something fundamental to report. Understandable. But if you ask me, the truth sits somewhere in the middle. Regardless, it's all water under the bridge at this point. What I am betting on is that as soon as this deal is done, we will see a revitalized and motivated management that will aggressively market themselves and enhance shareholder value. They are working hard to finish up the deal and want to finally get started on implementing all their projects. That's what counts. Basement level, nowhere to go but up.
