Hold on Ben. I'm not saying that these images are fake, only
that things on the web are not necessarily verifiable. If they
were showing excerpt from a peer reviewed journal, I would find
the images a bit more credible.
Also, if I went to court and showed them a printed brochure, it
could be verified. How am I going to show a web page
to a judge? One press of the delete key and all of a sudden the
source is gone. There are no experts to say what is a genuine
IMDS web page image or one that I (or anyone) have touched up.
If I went home and doctored a brochure, that could be detected.
I really wish there were actual images to look at, maybe
then we would know if IMDS does have a viable technology or
if they've already made the decision that it's crap and are trying
to milk out every last cent they can before they close the doors.

PS. which is worse, a reverse split or doubling of outstanding shares?
I think both would be worst.
