Although a lot of information was discussed and certain information was not given to me outright for obvious reasons, consider that the following information was not told to me but are my own conclusions:

1)NF was out town. She is in New York City attempting to drum up institutional support.

2)Appears that the company will not be bought out unless it is a hostile take over. At current share price, a hostile take over is a definite fear of the company.

3)I expect a domestic partner to be announced no later than by Q3 conference call. I expect it to be JNJ.

4)Looks like Pfizer is going to have some BIG legal problems with Viagra. Don't be surprised if it is eventually pulled because of the liability issues involved. Since PFE did not get FDA approval for another drug they were counting on getting earnings on, apparently they are going to milk Viagra for all it is worth regardless of what they actually believe regarding safety issues. there will be a symposium held by a renoun German cardiologist in Europe where he apparently will discuss and demonstrate the dangers of PDE inhibitors in cardiac patients.

5)If marketed properly, there is no reason that MUSE can not eventually pick up at least 10% of the ED market internationally. At 10% market share Vivus would be an extremely profitable company--we are talking much more than $1.00/share earnings once all the international markets are developed.

6)Vivus is aware of the manipulation of the stock via shorting. They have a plan to deal with this force.

7)Expect a news release in the near future.
