Trey, I didn't express myself well. My thought was that Gramm will come across as stupid to the majority of Americans who do not live in Texas. Brett Butler has a comedy routine about that, and she if from some place with an accent milder than Gramm's Texas mouth full of mush drawl. She was in Brooklyn and some guy walked up to her and said: "Ya knows, youse gots ta stop talkin' like dat. Yur assent makes ya sounds stupid." <G> MB
