One of the reasons for the SEC scrutiny ? Entities (or INDIVIDUALS w/ CONNECTIONS to entities) w/ ulterior motives have been known to file false and/or unsubstantiated charges when political or monetary objectives are to be gained. ( ie: The Clintons fabricated felony charges against individual members of the White House travel office in order to staff it w/ their Arkansas cronies.) Is it possible that some entity w/ SEC connections is playing out a personal vendetta against the Knittles in retaliation for their backing out of his/her/their less than kosher Arizona silver mining project? Just wondering.
