Hi, jhg! Beta is the ratio of the stock's movement to that of the market. Value Line gives Dell a 1.3 beta, meaning 130% in relation to the market. At this point, with all the momentum trading, day-trading and program traders I expect 1.3 is a low estimate. Chuzz may have more details for both of us, jhg.
