Hey Joe,
I must admit I'm quite concerned. In the past I found that the market is quite adept at determining share price and while the news looks good on the surface, the stock isn't moving at all. I really thought that with the closing, some degree of credibility would be added to the equation, causing at least a little bit of a rise in the price. After reading the PR several times, and the different takes on it, now I really don't know what to think. I'm only in this at 9 cents a share, but I'm starting to want out.
Another concern I have is about the re-listing. According to some of the posts I've read, all that is needed is a 10K filing. How can that be? Don't they need to meet other criteria in order to be re-listed? And isn't one of those criterion that the share price be above 1.00? The only way the price is going to reach 1.00 in the near future is with a reverse split, and in my opinion, a reverse split will merely drop the value of the already nearly worthless shares that we have. I really need some positive, substantiated reinforcement because right now, I'm really disappointed.
