DGIV is still very undervalued. There are some great buys in this market. Here is some interesting investing advice that I picked up from the Yahoo Personal Finance area: by: Stephen Leeb "When stocks get hammered because of a long-term change in fundamentals it usually pays to take your lumps and sell. But when stocks get hammered because of short-term changes in fundamentals that don't affect the long term, it's a buying opportunity. And if the short-term negatives actually improve the long-term picture, you have an extraordinary buying opportunity. That's the case today"
