Luis, to add insult to injury, I own 12,000 shares of MAMO averaged in at $3.25. As far as I know the Co. has no debt, but because MAMO hasn't met its pretax income requirements ($3M fiscal 95 or $8M fiscal 96) 2.7M of the 4M shares ANMR owns of MAMO will be forfeited under the terms of the aggreement. This will greatly reduce the number of shares outstanding and also making it non-dilutive for us already owning the stock. In other words (my understanding) After May 1 /97 if all 2.7m shares are forfeited there would only be apxox. 3.8 m shares left outstanding. Any earnings would have a great impact on such few shares (is attractive to me) but we need to get the sales moving. BTW after the forfeiture I believe ANMR will only have somewhere around a 20% ownership in MAMO Maybe someone else could confirm this or not. I'm waiting for the alleged, soon to be announced 3 additional sales. If we get it, we could see a nice move in the stock. Anyone feel free to jump in with with any corrections or opinions. Later, Ken
