Just found this article: Newswire 08-11-98 : Tokyo: Today leaders from 13 Asian countries attending the "They will never talk again conference" have declared a state of MUTE due to the current economic crises in the region. Citizens of these 13 countries will be banned from using any type of telecommunications device for the period of the ban which is rumored to last for not less than 6 years nor more than 20 years. All non-essential communications will be in violation of new laws adopted at the conference and will be punishable by a sentence of having to read all of Birds posts on the Silicon Investors Threads. Public outcry over this severe punishment for non compliance is reported to be tremendous with many individuals nearing a suicidal state of mind for fear that one day they may violate the law and have to submit to this cruel and unusual punishment. The Western Countries have petitioned the United Nations to Boycott all 13 nations until this type of sentencing is repealed.
