Loan agreement Zappa Resources Ltd ZPA Shares issued 23,569,790 Aug 10 close $0.18 Tue 11 Aug 98 Miscellaneous The VSE has accepted for filing a loan agreement dated July 24, 1998, between Zappa Resources and Cambior whereby Cambior has provided a loan of $120,000 to Zappa. The loan is due in full on Oct. 31, 1999 and is non-interest bearing. In consideration for the loan, the company will extend the deadline for Cambior's option on the La Plata property, Equador, to Dec. 31, 1999.
